A bit of our history

Founder Leah Mayersohn was admitted to the Florida Bar.
1994

Founder Leah Mayersohn started at the Broward County State Attorney's Office as an Assistant State Attorney.
1995
|
Mayersohn Law Group was founded.
2000
|
Founder, Leah Mayersohn, was AV rated which is the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell and the law firm acquired an AV rating.
2004
|
Mayersohn Law Group moved its headquarters to Tower 101.

Mayersohn Law Group is an AV-rated law firm. Our areas of practice are broad. Our firm places a premium on communication and a swift response to our clients’ needs. Mayersohn Law Group has all of the latest technology to ensure that clients are represented effectively, have their information protected from a security standpoint, and the Firm is protected by multiple levels of redundancy. We recently upgraded our front end, case management, and billing software to improve the client experience and allow clients more access to their information on an ongoing basis. Our upgrades also make courtroom presentations more effective for clients. In considering disaster planning, clients can be secure in the knowledge that if Florida has another major hurricane, their information is scanned in and accessible to their counsel via multiple, mirrored and encrypted websites as are voip phones so that there will be no downtime in access.
MLG Referrals
A referral is the highest form of compliment a client, fellow attorney, or a friend of the firm can pay to us.
Please feel free to send us referrals in any area of law so that we can assist you in locating the proper counsel for your matter.
We regularly refer clients to other firms in practice areas we do not handle and are happy to assist you with the
process of locating a qualified attorney to handle your matter. We often serve as local counsel to larger firms out of state.
We also regularly co-counsel cases with other members of the bar, in compliance with Florida Bar Rules, when appropriate.
Please let us know up front prior to meeting with the client so that all proper paperwork is prepared and completed.
