Broward County offers a Felony Drug Court Program in conjunction with the State Department of Corrections. The program is 18-24 months in length and may include inpatient or outpatient counseling and rehabilitation. In addition to ongoing treatment, you would be required to appear for periodic review hearings in court and submit to random drug tests.

Upon successful completion of the program, the charges against you will be dismissed.
