Domenica L. Frasca’s areas of practice are real estate,
residential and commercial transactions, closings, probate,
estates, wills, trusts, and civil litigation, including
representation of major lending institutions in the area of real
estate foreclosures.
Ms. Frasca is a long standing agent of a major title insurance
company.
Ms. Frasca offers extensive experience in her areas of law. Ms.
Frasca is admitted to practice in Florida and the United States
Tax Court, and is a member of the Florida Bar Association, the
Broward County Bar Association, the Real Property, Probate and
Trust Law, Elder Law and Business Law Sections of the Florida
Bar.
Ms. Frasca graduated with Honors from the University of Florida
earning a Bachelor of Science Degree, with High Honors in her
Accounting Major. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova
Southeastern University.
Ms. Frasca has previously served on Board of Directors of the
Broward County Women’s Lawyers Association, Board of the
Italian-American Lawyers Association of Broward County Inc.,
Senior Agency for Senior Services, Due Mondi and Coral Ridge
Homeowners Association.
